1 Introduction and Consent

5.2 Bonus Terms
- To withdraw a bonus after receiving it, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
- The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
- If fraudulent activity related to a bonus is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.
- taka67 reserves the right to change bonus conditions or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program
taka67 has three VIP tiers for regular players:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%
There is an opportunity to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active play.
6 Gaming Rules
All games available on taka67 — cricket betting, slots, live casino, baccarat, and others — are governed by the following general rules.
6.1 Finality of Game Results
Once a game or bet has been settled, the result is final. No result will be reconsidered except in the case of a technical error.
6.2 Bet Cancellation

8 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by taka67
taka67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- In the event of a violation of any provision of these Terms.
- If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
- If registration was completed using a false identity or information.
- Due to instructions from a regulatory authority or legal obligations.
8.2 Closure by the User
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance will be provided before the account is closed.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
If there is no login or transaction for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive. In this case, a certain inactivity fee may apply.
9 Limitation of Liability
